Palm Springs Elopement

This wedding was really one for the books. Amanda and Nick came down from Canada for their 14 guest wedding, and wanted a real showstopper backdrop. I had the windmill idea, but wasn’t sure if we could pull it off. Let’s just say it’s not really “allowed”, but screw it, right? Wedding pics are once in a lifetime, and I wanted to make sure their were f’ing great. I recruited Planks and Patina for the rentals, The Lavender Rose for florals, and they went to dinner at Workshop after the ceremony to cap off the day. The pics from For Love & Light are below, and just captured the day perfectly. Big weddings are not for everyone! You can still have a perfectly designed and executed wedding on a budget by slimming down your guest list a TON.
